Locally owned and operated Signature Glass and Aluminium was founded in 2003 by North Queenslander’s, AJ and Katherine McMahon. From humble beginnings AJ’s hard work and dedication has seen Signature Glass grow into one of the most recognised brands in the North for both residential and commercial work. A trade qualified Glazier, AJ is backed by 30 years industry experience which enables him to bring a high level of expertise and creativity especially when collaborating on new builds and renovations.
In recent times Signature Glass and Aluminium has won many commercial tenders: including Burdell State School Stage 1 & 2, The stunning Solarus Apartments in South Townsville and most impressively, winning the Glass and Aluminium work on the $40 million renovation of Sheraton’s Mirage Resort in Port Douglas in 2015/2016. As well as their impressive portfolio of commercial works, Signature Glass also boasts as a “go to” for Townsville builders and home renovators alike.
In 2022 Signature Glass and Aluminium purchased another locally owned business, Premium Glass Fencing, to add to their ever growing empire. AJ and the team have seamlessly continued the legacy of Premium Glass Fencing and have taken on all existing clients, as well as of course looking forward to continued growth and success.
